(Madison, Wis.) – In celebration of its 40th anniversary, the Wisconsin Agricultural and Life Sciences Alumni Association (WALSAA) is honoring individuals who have made a difference not only for WALSAA, the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences and Farm and Industry Short Course, but also farms, classrooms, laboratories, businesses and other organizations in Wisconsin.
Nominated by their peers, the 40 honorees are examples of the many individuals inside and outside of the university who have made a difference and contributed in significant ways not only in the past but also toward shaping the future. From leading companies, shaping associations, impacting student organizations and having far-reaching careers, these individuals have a common commitment to agriculture and the life sciences and paving the way for the next generation. The following honorees were recognized on September 15 as part of WALSAA’s Football Fire-Up event. Download the 40 in 40 Honoree Booklet.
